Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

- The item is unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- Original tags are attached
- The item is in its original packaging (where applicable)

How to return an item
1. Email us at info@coconutdress.com within 14 days of delivery
2. We will send you the return address
3. Ship the item by post or courier
4. Once received and inspected, we issue a refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days

Returns are not accepted for
- Used, washed or damaged items
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items purchased at over 50% discount (final sale)
